Nysaa Retail Private Limited, the parent holding company of 1-India Family Mart, was established in 2012, with the sole aim of providing value fashion, along with the latest global trends. Thus began the journey of 1-India Family Mart in the year 2013, and since then, we have never looked back. Today, 1-India Family Mart is the fastest growing value retail chain in India, having a strong presence across tier 2, 3 & 4 cities. Beginning from our first store in Uttar Pradesh, we now cover every nook and corner of the country, with our 91 stores across 13 states, a number which is growing rapidly. From a handful of employees in 2013 to approximately 2700+ today, the company has one of the lowest attrition rates in the retail industry, a good reason to be proud of.

Under his guidance, 1 India Family Mart build strong and sustainable business model. He sets the vision and provides strategic direction and leadership to the business. He performs several business roles such as Merchandise, HR, IT and Business Expansion.

He has 17+ years of experience in top management roles across companies and industries. Started the first venture into travel and shifted focus into banking as founder and COO for Starfin India Pvt. Ltd. a company engaged in the business of Financial Inclusion under SBI.

COOVenugopal Konchada

An ex-management student from IIPM, a Master’s graduate in exports management from IMM and an MA holder in Political Science, Konchada brings nearly 32 years of experience in the Indian retail space since 1987.

A Chartered Accountant with 15 years of post qualification experience in the corporate sector. Sharma was previously worked with value fashion retailer V-Mart and e-commerce firm ShopClues as CFO.
